Refunds Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete during delivery, please email ‘’support@doorstep.com.bd’’  within 3 days of delivery.

The seller may issue a warranty or brand warranty after the use due to device related issues or if the return window has expired. For seller warranty, please email ‘’ support@doorstep.com.bd’’   here. For brand warranty, please contact according to the brand warranty card.

Legitimate reasons for returning an item:

Delivered goods damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (completely invalid)

Distributed product incorrect (different from presentation on website) / Incomplete (missing part)

Product return policy

If your item is in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it will be refunded. Your return claim will be considered within 7 to 10 days after the product is return.
